Jessica (she/her), MA, LPCC, recently graduated from Colorado Christian University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She is passionate about helping women to be the best version of themselves. She integrates Brainspotting, CBT, Solution-Focused, and humanistic approaches in her practice. Having lost her college-age son to suicide, Jessica has a heart for helping other mothers who have lost children (non-pregnancy related) or grieving family members. Additionally, Jessica strives to create a safe place to help women who want support with anxiety and depression related to life transitions, including those due to menopause, moving toward empty-nester, and aging parents. Jessica offers services in English, Spanish, and with a Christian perspective. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, taking Barre classes, and cooking vegetarian meals.
