In-Person Sessions
Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions

My specialty for nearly a decade has been gender and sexuality variances in children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. I also see adults with unconventional relationships and sexual identities or preferences. A warm but no-nonsense approach is provided using a range of styles and techniques to meet your individual needs. This can include emotionally focused, art therapy, solution focused, goal-oriented, and motivational interviewing, just to name a few. The most important thing is collaborating together to find what is right for you to help you heal and reach your goals.

I run a private practice with two convenient locations, Centennial and Denver. Off-site and telehealth therapy sessions are also available. Office hours are flexible based on your schedule; it’s hard to dedicate time to therapy when normal business hours conflict with daily life. I provide an initial 30-minute meet and greet consultation at no charge.
