Transitioning into leadership, she managed several clinical programs, contributing to the growth of both therapists and each of the programs. With additional experience in crisis services and interventions, Kate now brings her expertise to private practice, aiming to facilitate lasting change.
One of Kate’s passions lies in maternal mental health, offering support to women navigating the complexities of pregnancy, postpartum experiences, grief from pregnancy loss or infertility, anxiety, depression, and the challenges of motherhood. The journey to motherhood and motherhood itself can be isolating and lonely. Kate would love to help guide you towards the mother you would like to be. Kate has advanced training in perinatal mood disorders from Postpartum Support International.
Another area of specialty is drug and alcohol counseling. With advanced training in treating addictions, Kate utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you identify what may be holding you back from the life you want to be living.
