Becoming a mom impacts every area of your life, in some expected ways and many unexpected. The impact of these changes can manifest in various ways, from shifts in your body to transformations within your career, your relationship, and even differences in parenting approaches. You may find yourself feeling lost or confused, constantly overwhelmed, and questioning yourself and your choices. You may be surrounded by others yet still feel completely alone and uncertain of what to do, where to start, and how to move forward. I want you to know that you are not alone.

With years of education, therapeutic experience, and a deep commitment to supporting women at every stage of life, I’ve come to realize that every woman’s path to fulfillment is uniquely her own. My goal is to help you navigate life’s transitions, process past experiences, and nurture intimate relationships while addressing the overwhelm you feel.

I believe the therapeutic process is collaborative, together we will help you rediscover your inner strengths, gain profound self-understanding, and learn to love yourself. Additionally, I have over 20 years of experience working with women attorneys in various capacities and specialize in working with women in the legal field.
