I have a strong strength-based / client-centered focus and I enjoy walking alongside my client during their journey through change. I will bring an easygoing energy to session, an occasional push when needed, laughter at times and skills to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. The most common modalities I use to help clients reach those goals include, cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT), dialectical behavioral techniques (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution focused therapy; all with a trauma-informed lens. I specialize in substance use disorders, trauma, relationship issues, codependency, self-esteem issues, life transition, and managing anxiety and/or depression.
