As a therapist my goal is to create a safe and open space to allow you to express your authentic self. My goal is not to lead but to walk alongside you as we navigate through life’s events and experiences, both past and present. We go through life filled with emotion and sometimes feel like there is no space to explore or express it, and yet, simultaneously feel ruled by these emotions without understanding why.
Utilizing a person-centered, strength-based approach paired with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness, we will unfold and untangle these intertwined experiences on the path towards understanding and empowerment.
