Psychology is derived from the Greek words psyche; meaning soul, and logos; meaning knowledge. Considering this, I see therapy as the brave journey of knowing yourself and your life more deeply. As a therapist, I offer a genuine optimism and non-judgmental space for you to feel seen, heard, and met with kindness. You are provided guidance and skills that equip you to guide your nervous system and mind back to health. We won’t go anywhere in therapy that you are not prepared to go.
