As a clinician, I take an integrative, strengths-based approach inclusive of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness-based therapy, and other modalities to promote healing. I believe that everyone, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, disability, socioeconomic status, immigration status, or criminal background is deserving of a safe, affirming environment to cope with life stressors, heal, and work towards building a more fulfilled, peaceful life.

My previous work includes serving children and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, impulsivity, relational challenges, and other life stressors at a community mental health center. I also worked at a pediatric hospital providing support to hospitalized patients and their families, leading group therapy on the inpatient psychiatry unit, and facilitating a general skills IOP for adolescent girls.
