In my thirty years of experience in this field, I have come to believe in the power of the inner healer, that power within yearning for growth, stability, and truth. I’ve acquired many tools over the years to help uncover what keeps us stuck in patterns of self doubt, negative thoughts, comparison to others, and all of the other mental noise that is part of being human. I will help you learn to identify and get curious about the inner workings of your psyche to increase your level of self awareness, emotional regulation, hope, and health.
I am a life long learner and have sought out in depth training in meditation, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, parts and somatic work, EMDR, and most recently a year of intensive training in psychedelic assisted therapy. Our focus will be on your thoughts and emotions, how those show up in your mind, heart, and body the impact of those on how you move through the world.
I enjoy working across the lifespan from adolescents to elders.
