Welcome!

I work to provide a safe and non-judgmental space built on compassion, empathy, and collaboration, in which you are the expert of your own life and I will meet you where you are to help you discover and fulfill your goals and values. I believe authenticity within the therapeutic relationship promotes an environment that can foster deeper healing and understanding of self. Your expression and exploration in therapy, whatever it may be, will be met with warmth and compassionate feedback.

I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and couples, and I offer an eclectic approach to therapy: often using a combination of art therapy with person-centered, relational, trauma-informed, and existential approaches alongside ACT, DBT, and CBT interventions. I work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, communication, and trauma. I also have a particular passion for aging, end of life, and grief & loss work. Together, I hope to help you forge a new path that provides more sustainability in your happiness, healing, and growth!
