About me: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor in the state of Colorado, as well as a telehealth approved social worker in the state of Florida. I have been working in the field for over 9 years and specialize in working with folks with ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma, and anxiety. I have specific training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, which is a type of therapy that is effective in treating past trauma that may be impacting you now. I work from a neuro-affirmative and trauma-informed lens and utilize therapy modalities that are tailored to your goals to help you thrive.
About you: You really want to get stuff done. Maybe you struggle with being organized, staying focused in conversations, or keeping things neat and tidy. You have a thousand to do lists laying around, but can’t figure out where to start. Instead, you go from place to place starting one task, but never actually finishing it because you get distracted by the other thing nearby. You might struggle at work. You, your friends and family may joke about these difficulties, but deep down you really wished you could be like everyone else. You really want to feel heard and understood. You want better ways to manage your emotions and your struggles.
