Do you feel like you are coping but not thriving? I work with individuals of all backgrounds and identities. I have a particular interest in working with clients navigating anxiety disorders, trauma, women’s issues, parenting, OCD, and life transitions. My clients are frequently experiencing hurdles or pain that make everyday life more challenging. Sometimes, past experiences are showing up in their current behavior and emotions. Through our work together, you will develop insight, clarity, and solutions that align with your personal journey.

I am committed to meeting you in therapy with warmth, acceptance, and non-judgment. Tears may be shed, but I also believe in the healing power of laughter. In sessions, I like to balance empathetic listening with helping you build skills to help you in your everyday life.

I understand that reaching out for help takes courage. If you are ready to take that first step, I am available for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
