We identify unhelpful thought patterns, and less healthy behavior and bring you back to balance and eventually harmony. We’ll use a holistic-whole self approach, addressing your mind, body and spirit. A complimentary blend of mindfulness, energy hygiene practices and shamanic Reiki assist you in developing a stronger connectedness to your higher self or celestial self.
