I have a Master in Clinical Counseling – Trauma emphasis from Seton Hall University at South Orange, New Jersey. I specialize in anxiety, depression and negative self-talk. Over the course of my 10+ years as a licensed therapist, a natural weaving of holistic based techniques have skillfully woven itself into the more traditional evidence-based practices.
