Nicholas Mancini, LMFT, LPC

I utilize humor, metaphors, and experiential activities to help you develop the ability to engage in the present moment so you can decide whether a behavior is consistent with your values. Through acceptance and mindfulness practices, I identify “how” you think about experiences to help create flexibility in moving toward personal growth and development.

My areas of expertise are adolescents and adults working on feelings of anxiety, depression, and mood regulation due to traumatic experiences, life stage transitions, and difficulty with primary support systems (family, friends, school, teams, etc). I also work with parents, couples, and families on building family intimacy, structure, and communication skills.

My approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to build on their values and strengths to attain personal growth.
