I love connecting with people on their healing journey. Since 2010 I have provided guidance in helping people transform to find a meaningful and satisfying sense of purpose in this world.

I have worked in many different settings helping people to find their way through trauma, addiction, pregnancy/postpartum, adoption, and beyond. I provide a warm, grounded, authentic therapeutic environment that serves as a landing space for people to discover and speak their truth. I utilize several approaches including EMDR therapy.

Through my own healing, I believe that emotional wellness is possible.
