I help adults including hard-working professionals, parents, and pregnant and postpartum women who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or having relationship struggles to find ways to get relief and bring balance back into their lives. I also specialize in helping individuals with Autism and ADHD embrace their unique strengths while offering coping strategies, enhancing social and communication skills, and navigating daily challenges to create a more fulfilling life.

You may be feeling anxious and overwhelmed by a major life change like becoming a parent, starting or ending a relationship, or coping with loss. You might feel like you’re struggling to keep up with everything and that you’re unable to relax or have fun. If you have Autism or ADHD, you may feel frustrated and tired from navigating life in a neurotypical world that expects you to be a certain way.

As a BIPOC therapist, I also work with clients who are navigating their personal identity, cultural expectations, and how they relate to the world around them. If you’ve ever felt torn between what your culture expects of you and what you truly want for yourself, you may experience feelings of shame, guilt, or confusion.

If any of this resonates with you, you’re not alone in feeling this way – I can help!
