Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions

I’m an LCSW passionate about helping people navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, and perfectionism. In my practice, I create a safe, supportive space where you can shed layers of burden and embrace your personal growth. I recognize that each individual’s path is unique. I strive to understand your specific experiences and how they shape your present struggles. Whether you’re grappling with intrusive thoughts, overwhelming sadness, or the echoes of past trauma, I’ll walk alongside you with empathy and guidance.

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to healing. I draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches, including: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Identifying and reframing negative thought patterns that contribute to distress. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): Processing traumatic memories to reduce their emotional impact.

My commitment extends beyond therapy sessions. I offer resources and support to empower you on your journey. I believe in collaboration, so I’m happy to work with your other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to your well-being. If you’re ready to break free from anxiety, depression, or other challenges, contact me for a free consultation.
