Whether you are experiencing difficulties with feeling stuck, depression, drug and alcohol use, relationship issues, traumatic events, work/life balance, or meeting your general wellness goals I can help. I truly believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to be happy and enjoy every aspect of their life. I utilize an integrated and collaborative approach to therapy in order to assist you with improving your well being in a way that is right for you.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addictions counselor. I specialize in assisting people to process past trauma, depression, relationship issues, and substance use. Utilizing knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), neurobiology, general wellness, mindfulness practice, and sleep hygiene I focus on treating the whole person.
I am from the mountain town of Glenwood Springs and love returning home to such a beautiful place. I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2011. I have worked for several different agencies in the addiction treatment field but enjoy working with all types of clients. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors with my family and my dogs.
