In-Person Sessions
Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions

I love what I do, and feel strongly about supporting people in personal growth through exploration of your own strengths. You are the expert on yourself, and I aim to hold space for self exploration and processing. Therapy should be helpful, healing, and a place for non-judgement and positive connection.

When working with clients, first and foremost, I begin therapy with finding points of connection, and working to understand each person with whom I and their story. I have worked clients for last thirteen years, and supported many of them in healing from trauma, working through relational challenged with family and partners, coping with anxiety and depression, and building positive connections through examining narratives as well as working to understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and reactions to find points of healing and better cope with identified triggers.

Clients can expect to take away deeper understanding of themselves, ideas for healthy coping, and increased felt safety for processing emotions and connecting with friends and family
