Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions

My desire as a clinician is to walk and listen alongside you and empower you with everyday tools to use for growth, healing and freedom. Together we will explore and uncover your therapeutic needs with your story and narrative being the voice we listen to. I strive to create an open, honest and authentic space, adding some humor along the way, for you to feel safe, accepted and heard. I practice using evidenced based and trauma informed care. I am client centered, strengths based and solution focused and will use these modalities for your therapeutic needs.

I have a background serving different populations including: grief and loss, at risk youth, individuals and families transitioning from incarceration, young adults, major life changes, and families in a school and hospital setting. I also have experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, health issues, stress management and emotional distress.

I want to meet you where you are and teletherapy services do just that! Life is busy but your mental health is important. I would consider it an honor to consult with you to see if I can be part of your journey.
