Rowan Schoales is a current Masters Student at the University of Denver in the Counseling Psychology program.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on human studies, arts and cultures, and psychology at Sarah Lawrence College in New York. Rowan receives specialized training and direct supervision from Ignite’s Clinical Director, Carla D’Agostino-Vigil and Intern Program Manager and LPC, Hester Campbell.
In her practice, Rowan is a strong believer in treating each client individually and wholly with care, compassion, and creativity. She works with clients from all backgrounds with an interest in focusing on anxiety and trauma through a mindfulness-based lens.
In her free time, Rowan enjoys going to concerts and art shows, long walks through new neighborhoods with her fluffy Great Pyrenees, experimenting in the kitchen, going to her favorite restaurants and exploring new ones, and spending quiet time with her partner and friends and family.
