Ryan Ramsey MA, LPC

I help those with low self-esteem and/or anxiety become more confident and feel more engaged in life. My style is part person-centered: you’ll be heard and you’ll have space to speak your mind and process how you feel; and part cognitive: we’ll “look under the hood” and get to the heart of understanding how you think, how you relate to yourself and others, and how to change it. My hope is that when you leave therapy you’ll have more self-compassion and a better sense of what you want as well as some solid tools to navigate your emotions for the rest of your life.

I offer everyone a free initial consultation by video conference first so we can get to know each other and decide if working together makes sense. From there, sessions are in-person at my office in Capitol Hill in Denver or by video if you live outside of Denver but still in Colorado or if you live in New Jersey.

Reaching out is hard but you’ve got this. Send an email or visit my website and click “book free consultation” to get started. Have an awesome day!
