Sally Sullivan, LPC

I am currently licensed in both New Mexico and Colorado. I have been working remotely since 2020 and practicing since 2019. My therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic counseling, where I believe in the inherent worth and potential of every individual. I work collaboratively with clients to help them uncover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build resilience through life’s transitions.

I utilize a strength-based approach that emphasizes the client’s autonomy, empowering them to take an active role in their healing process. I draw from a variety of therapeutic tools and techniques, integrating humanistic principles to create a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration and growth. My goal is to help each individual build the skills and insight they need to navigate challenges with confidence and create meaningful change for both the present and the future.
