My name is Sara Nieder, LCSW, CEDS, and I have dedicated myself to helping others find healing and growth since receiving my Master of Social Work from the University of Denver in 2005. My diverse experience has shaped me into an integrative trauma coach who emphasizes the importance of mindfulness in every aspect of therapy.

The core of my practice revolves around creating a nurturing and safe space where you can be present with your thoughts and feelings without judgment. If you ever feel alone or overwhelmed, know that I am here, ready to walk beside you. We will navigate your path together, discovering strength, understanding, and healing at every turn.

I’ve specialized in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders since 2014, earning the title of Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). My approach is about connecting with the deeper parts of yourself, not only to address symptoms but also to enrich your relationships with others.

Whether you’re seeking to overcome trauma, develop mindfulness skills, improve relationships, or simply invite more peace, health, and gratitude into your life, I’m here to support and guide you. Together, we’ll explore strategies that foster connection, understanding, and compassion, both within yourself and with those you care about. Let’s embark on this beautiful journey together, paving the way to a more fulfilled and harmonious life.
