I’m Sarah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mental health therapist working in counseling services in the Denver metro area since 2017. As someone who has struggled with my own mental health and been on the other side of the couch, I strive to create a space of understanding, trust, and empathy because I know how daunting the therapy journey can be. My therapy style integrates warmth, compassion, empowerment, and humor with research-based practices. Using a person-centered approach that is tailored to your unique goals and needs, I’ll support you in discovering your own keys to wellbeing, drawing from elements of mindfulness, embodiment, CBT and Internal Family Systems. For couples, I use an integrative approach from my training and experience with Gottman Method, Attachment-Based Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

My work with individuals and couples is about developing resiliency, connection and self compassion. If you are looking for guidance around managing anxiety and depression symptoms, reducing stress, overcoming trauma, and improving relationships, I can help support you on your path to wellbeing.
