  • Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions

Life is a journey, often filled with moments of feeling stuck and uncertain about ourselves and our path. Therapy provides an opportunity to pause, reflect inwardly, and connect in order to gain clarity and work towards meaningful change. As your therapist, I bring warmth, compassion, respect, and humor to our work together. My aim is to create a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we will personalize an approach that encompasses all aspects of human experience: body, mind, spirit, and relationships.

My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative. I draw from a unique blend of modalities, including Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (CBT & DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, mindfulness skills, and somatic work.

Taking the first step towards change requires courage, and I am here to walk alongside you, offering support and empowerment. Together, we will embark on a journey where you will ignite your innate wisdom, embrace your authentic self, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and grace, enabling you to live life to its fullest.
