I support those who are seeking relief regarding stress from life transitions/anxiety, exploring healing from traumatic experiences, and those navigating the complexity of grief. I’m a relational, trauma-informed, and EMDR-trained therapist that strives to create a non-judgmental space for exploring, supporting, and healing. I offer support with understanding a trauma response, finding safety/self compassion, and increasing a connection with one’s self. If you are in a life transition, starting a new adventure, wanting to explore old patterns that are no longer useful, or are curious about new coping skills, I may be a good fit!
Prior to opening my practice, I have had the honor of supporting clients in various local agencies- serving in integrated health settings, community mental health, schools, and shelters along the front range. I have served as a supervisor and manager for licensed clinicians. Alongside my practice, I teach courses as an adjunct instructor within the Master’s of Social Work Program at MSU Denver.
Previous clients have described my approach as warm, attentive, clear, direct, and relational.
