Hi! My name is Stephanie.
As a therapist I get to join clients in their personal journeys as they grow and heal from different life events, and I’m here to support you through a variety of challenges. I have dedicated my training and continuing education to specialized in anxiety, depression, trauma, boundary work, attachment styles in relationships, somatic symptoms including pain, and decreasing unwanted behaviors. I specialize in supporting adults with their choices towards healing and feeling better.
I use a combination of Somatic, Brainspotting, and EMDR therapy. I believe people have unique needs and value meeting people where they are at. Symptoms usually show up in your brain and nervous system and these evidence based modalities help decrease trauma symptoms, anxiety, and depression in a more integrated way than regular talk therapy!
I have helped people decrease anxiety and depression symptoms using the modalities mentioned above. I have worked with people to process car accidents, misophonia, relationship struggles, strengthen self esteem, understanding their own boundaries, process work and family stress, and find healing from other trauma events. I genuinely value using my skills, expertise, and knowledge over the past 10 years, to support you to feel better.
My goal is to create a safe non-judgmental space where you are able to process things in your own time, but also will gently push and challenge you along the way. I would love to meet you and explore what brought you to therapy, as well as the goals or outcomes you hope to achieve.
I do offer a 15 minute phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit.
