As a certified sex and relationship therapist, I often see people struggle to talk about sex, sometimes defining themselves by the challenges they face. But what if we reframed sexual differences—not as obstacles, but as opportunities to explore our capacity for pleasure? When emotional or physical pain makes sex feel unsafe, it can lead to fear of intimacy or avoidance of the conversation altogether. Over time, this can erode pleasure, connection, and a sense of sexual self.

You deserve a fulfilling and pleasurable connection with yourself and in your relationships. Whether you’re navigating intimacy challenges, menopause-related changes, sexual pain, or shifting desires, I’m here to help. I provide a compassionate, affirming space to explore concerns, break through barriers, and cultivate confidence in your body and pleasure.

Sex and communication challenges are common in relationships, though they manifest differently for everyone. What remains universal is that none of us were given a manual for understanding our pleasure centers or trigger points. Using a sex-positive, attachment-based approach, I can help you better understand what turns you on, what shuts you down, and how to build deeper, more fulfilling intimacy.

I take an integrative, evidence-based approach that blends emotional, relational, and physiological aspects of sexuality. Whether you’re facing painful sex, low libido, anxiety around intimacy, or relationship struggles, we’ll work together to foster healing, self-discovery, and meaningful connection.

In addition to my work with clients, I am an AAMFT-Approved Supervisor, providing both group and individual supervision for therapists seeking guidance in sex and relationship therapy.
