Greetings. My name is Krystal Board. I am a licensed psychotherapist, and I have been practicing for 20 years. My professional experience has been vast and I've come to recognize that the human condition is universal. While I am a generalist, I particularly enjoy partnering with families to enhance emotional intimacy and repair damaged relationships. I have advanced training in The Gottman Method as well as grief recovery. I consider it an honor to witness an individual's journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. I want you to be resilient. To effectively meet this challenge, I integrate the following techniques: Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Family Systems Theory. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the State of California Board of Behavioral Science where I am charged with contributing to the development of future LMFT licensing exams. My personal interests include martial arts, reading novels, and listening to live music. I look forward to seeing you at your next session.
