I graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) with a Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Services in 2017. As an LPC, I have been in private practice since 2020. I primarily work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors and transitions. Before private practice, I worked at an agency on a specialized team providing trauma therapy for adolescents and their families who have experienced complex trauma.
I focus on adults, using a needs-based approach, who are seeking support and guidance through their struggles.
As humans, we suck at communicating. Therefore, it can be difficult to form a connection with others where you feel heard, understood and accepted. I am here to make observations, pose questions and provide unconditional support. Everyone has a different starting point and I meet you where you are comfortable. Then, we move through this journey together so you are able to reach your goals.
