We all have innate well-being. It is our natural state, our essence, underlying all the confusion, struggles, reactive habitual patterns, and conditioning we are burdened by.

If you are here, I am guessing you may be experiencing the symptoms of anxiety, depression, or trauma. You probably feel a combination of exhaustion, overwhelm, stress confusion, grief, fear, low self-worth, and or disconnection. Meeting your need to feel self-regulated in the body, more fulfilled, and more connected can be achieved.

As a Contemplative Psychotherapist with a somatic-based trauma lens, I work with individuals 18 years old and upward. I offer a welcoming, kind, and non-judgmental space to reclaim the wellness that innately lies within, see the unhelpful patterns that obscure one’s true self, and access the courage to express and live more fully.

Working together we slow down, pay attention, get curious, and bring warmth to your experiences. You learn how to befriend your life, cultivate mindfulness and self-compassion, be with your pain and suffering, bravely challenge habitual beliefs or perceptions, and harness the skills to deeply know what brings relief and take committed action on your own behalf.

I look forward to being a support and guide to waking up to your well-being--feeling embodied, reconnected to your energy, vitality, present in your life, and in connection with yourself, others, and the world.
