I specialize in working with folks 8-25 years old and take a creative approach therapy, utilizing tools like mind-body work, art, music, play, and Animal Assisted Therapy to help us use your strengths to heal and grow. The creative tools are combined with therapeutic practices including CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy to help reach your goals.
My sessions are heart forward and collaborative. During our work together, I will hold space for you to make growth at your own pace and support through every step of your journey.
