Do you feel trapped in a cycle of behaviors, unable to stop no matter how hard you try? Or maybe like you’re walking through a thick fog unable to find your way out?

As a therapist, I believe our past influences our present, but it does not define who we are or determine our future. As humans we have a strong need to connect and to feel heard. This is why I believe a strong therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors in achieving change. I am a genuine, empathetic person that will hold the space needed for you to process and to determine where you want to go in your healing journey.

I specialize in working with trauma, disordered eating, and the LGBTQ+ community. I offer EMDR therapy as well as many other approaches, including attachment-focused work, and parts work. I also utilize a health at every size framework. I cater the approach I use to the unique needs of every client and believe that you are the expert on yourself!
