I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding relationships and the ways people grow through life’s challenges. I believe that healing happens in connection, and my goal is to walk alongside my clients as they navigate the ups and downs of life. My therapeutic approach is flexible and client-centered, meeting you where you are and working toward the goals that matter most to you. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy to help clients develop insight and practical strategies for meaningful change.
