Using a creative and empathic approach, I will work with you to identify the roots of your struggle. Together we will understand and heal your symptoms, making room for more effective, balanced and joyful strategies in your life. I specialize in helping with anxiety, trauma, body issues, childhood abuse and neglect, depression, LGBTQIA+ issues and many other challenges.
My therapeutic style is non-judgmental, empathic, warm and creative. Many of my clients are creatives, neurodiverse, in the LGBTQIA+ community, and/or are medical and mental health providers, but no matter who you are, if you are willing to work hard, we may be a great fit:)
I'm an EMDRIA (EMDR) certified therapist and consultant, and am also trained and certified in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, sandplay therapy and sound healing. With over 15 years working with teens, young adults and adults, I am passionate about interweaving these approaches thoughtfully and creatively.
My office is a soothing space located in historic downtown Arvada. I've got a comfie reclining sofa if you'd like to put your feet up, blankets to wrap up in, and fidgets if you've got ADHD or are feeling restless. You can enjoy tea, coffee and snacks and aromatherapy. And of course, I'm also happy to meet with clients virtually.
