If you’ve ever felt like merely existing as a human can be mysterious and stressful, you’re not alone. Existing in an ever-changing world can come with existential pondering that make daily living feel unmanageable at times. In my counseling practice, I seek to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and healing. Whether it is uncovering unhelpful narratives that are no longer serving you, or grappling with questions of identity and worldview, I’m prepared to meet you where you are. I am interested in helping you discover a daily existence that works for you while providing compassion and care.
By viewing you holistically I take pride in creating a safe place to ask questions about identity and meaning. I know firsthand how life changing it can be to be fully heard by another person without societal expectations or pressures. I aspire to support you by listening, highlighting your strengths and calling attention to the patterns that keep us stuck.
I use various modalities to fit your needs, but my curiosity, empathy, and authenticity remain consistent in my counseling work. We can discuss the benefits of mindfulness to combat symptoms of anxiety and depression, or uncover your values in order to adopt a nuanced and realistic approach to living.
