My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative. I draw from a unique blend of modalities, including Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (CBT & DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, mindfulness skills, and somatic work.
Taking the first step towards change requires courage, and I am here to walk alongside you, offering support and empowerment.
