Welcome! I know it can be daunting to try and find quality mental health support. I'm interested in working with clients who are looking for a collaborative relationship with their provider. I want to get to know you well and learn the best way to support you in your unique life. I specialize in working with the perinatal population. I also support families with loss and in the early years of parenting. Additionally, I enjoy working with women who are contemplating parenthood or who have decided not to have children.
With a background in transpersonal wilderness therapy, I am welcoming of whatever belief system you'd like to incorporate into our work and I often invite in natural elements as well. I utilize mindfulness often with clients and offer outdoor, walking sessions.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation to learn more about what you are looking for and to answer any questions you may have about me. It's important to find a provider you feel comfortable with in order to make the most of the precious time you're investing. I look forward to talking with you!
