I am passionate about serving young adult and adult individuals in need of emotional and mental health support. During our first session I will get to know your history, current areas causing distress, some of your thought and behavioral patterns, and a general idea of how you engage in life and your relationships. From there, we will work together to address your current needs by processing and modifying thoughts and behaviors. As you find more stability and satisfaction in everyday life, we will work to gain deeper insights, process and release traumas and buried maladaptive concepts, and create long lasting change.
I believe that one’s perspective can be the key to their mental and emotional state; increasing acceptance and taking a different viewpoint can unlock the secret to contentment. However, this is likely only truly possible after processing traumas and past experiences that are shaping one’s conceptual point of view.
Meeting individuals where they are and building a therapeutic relationship are the foundation of the healing process. I look forward to collaborating with you to draw on your individual strengths to empower you to live your best life.
