I graduated from the University of Southern California where I trained in adult mental health and wellness. I use a variety of modalities, a strengths-based approach, and a trauma-informed lens to tailor your treatment. Together, we’ll find the best path forward to addressing your problems and conflicts. Feeling valuable — even once — can be life changing, and I know just how much we need affirmation, encouragement, and validation to be heard and understood.

Before arriving at Better Life, I practiced therapy and case management at a local behavioral health clinic. I also have experience facilitating group therapy for domestic violence survivors and administering risk-assessments for high-risk patients.
