Hi, I’m Amanda.
If you’re an adult grappling with anxiety, depression, grief, or ADHD, I understand how overwhelming and isolating these experiences can be. My goal is to provide you with practical and effective strategies to enhance your quality of life. Together, we can work towards finding balance, clarity, and a sense of control over your emotions and actions.
I specialize in cognitive-behavioral and existential therapy, and employ a mindfulness-based framework to help you develop coping skills, manage symptoms, and achieve your personal goals. My approach is collaborative and supportive.
Before transitioning to private practice, I gained experience working in hospice care, hospital settings, and with adoptions and foster care.
I have a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My areas of expertise include anxiety, grief/bereavement, spirituality, stress, ADHD, depression, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), life transitions, and intimate/romantic relationships. I also offer Telehealth sessions for those who prefer or require remote therapy.
When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental space where your unique needs and experiences are honored. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives and am committed to helping you find the strength and resilience within yourself.
If you’re ready to take the first step towards a more balanced and fulfilling life, I invite you to reach out. Let’s work together to create the change you seek.
