Whether it is dealing with a difficult season of life, emotional issues, or another mental health issue, I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they journey through their concerns. The counseling relationship is a powerful conduit for change and in my sessions clients feel safe, heard, and empowered through their interactions with me.
Our sessions will draw from various therapeutic models to initiate change and growth. These models include: Internal Family Systems informed work, Psychodynamic (our past informs our present behavior), Nervous system psycho-education, and Somatic awareness to facilitate a deeper awareness of your body. I am also passionate about helping my clients learn about how their nervous system is involved in their mental health.I love equipping my clients with the tools they need to manage their lives in a grounded and connected way.
