Do you often feel weighed down by feelings of anxiety, depression, or even past trauma? If you find that you are experiencing these symptoms regularly and as a result they are negatively affecting your relationship and/or other domains of your life, come talk to me. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties, reduce unwanted symptoms and build meaningful connections.

When people experience different types of trauma and/or everyday stressors, it is not uncommon to become overwhelmed by them. It is my passion to assist in the healing process and support feelings of wholeness, wellness, and safety. I help my clients, who include both children and adults, find healthy perceptions of themselves, maintain healthier relationships, as well as learn adaptive strategies to cope w/ stressors.

My educational background includes a MA in Clinical Social Work and a BA in Sociology from San Diego State University in San Diego, California. I have been working as a clinical social worker providing psychotherapy to children and adults since 2012 and I am Licensed in the state of California since 2018. I am trained in a range of modalities (EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Sand Tray Therapy, Play Therapy) as no one single approach is right for every individual.
