When people experience different types of trauma and/or everyday stressors, it is not uncommon to become overwhelmed by them. It is my passion to assist in the healing process and support feelings of wholeness, wellness, and safety. I help my clients, who include both children and adults, find healthy perceptions of themselves, maintain healthier relationships, as well as learn adaptive strategies to cope w/ stressors.
My educational background includes a MA in Clinical Social Work and a BA in Sociology from San Diego State University in San Diego, California. I have been working as a clinical social worker providing psychotherapy to children and adults since 2012 and I am Licensed in the state of California since 2018. I am trained in a range of modalities (EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Sand Tray Therapy, Play Therapy) as no one single approach is right for every individual.
