My therapeutic method involves a person-centered approach, which empowers the client to reach their potential through self-awareness, acceptance, and openness. As a therapist my role is to assist clients in recognizing options, problem-solving, developing healthy relationships and encouraging them to discover and build on their personal strengths. Some additional theories I utilize in therapy include Family systems therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman’s couple therapy.
