I believe, one of the best things we can do for ourselves, is begin to understand our own story. Life brings us many changes and challenges that hold us back from living our lives to our fullest potential. When we approach these changes and challenges with curiosity rather than fear, we slowly begin to take back control of our own lives.
As your counselor, it is my goal to meet you where you are at in life by welcoming you into a safe space where you feel seen, heard, valued, and honored. Together we will navigate life’s changes and challenges with curiosity and compassion, so you are able to discover your strengths, increase your self-awareness, and live an empowered and authentic life.
I hold a special interest in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief and loss, and perinatal mood disorders.
