I specialize in child, adolescent and adult trauma therapy. I am a Certified TraumaPlay Therapist and an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist. I work closely with caregivers to increase secure attachment and healing. I run Circle of Security Parenting groups throughout the year.

I integrate EMDR with play & expressive arts to support my clients with processing overwhelming experiences from the past while building a more empowered present and future. EMDR is a structured therapeutic approach that supports individuals in reprocessing distressing memories, allowing them to reduce their emotional intensity and feel empowered. It takes tremendous courage to take the first step toward change – I look forward to connecting and learning more about you!
