We then expand upon ways for you to shift, grow and evolve. I’m a solution-focused, values-based therapist and have been trained in modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT and DBT along with some family systems and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).
