Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I offer outpatient psychotherapy for women in their 20s and 30s via telehealth in Hawai‘i, Colorado, and Oregon. I have been counseling since 2012, with much of my background focused on women’s issues, eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma and PTSD, childhood attachment wounds, grief and loss, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with graduate students in counseling programs, supporting their personal development and helping them fulfill their personal therapy requirements.
My approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, person-centered and narrative therapy, for skill-building, emotional regulation, and crisis management. At the core of my work is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that helps clients explore their inner parts and connect with Self-energy. My practice is also deeply informed by Jungian and depth psychology, which honors the role of the unconscious, archetypes, and myth in personal transformation. As a Jungian-oriented therapist, I guide clients in working with dreams, active imagination, and symbolic imagery to uncover deeper meaning.
In addition, I am a registered art therapist and love helping clients use creative expression as a powerful tool for insight, coping, and self-discovery. My work is anti-diet and Health at Every Size (HAES) informed, supporting clients in fostering a compassionate and liberated relationship with their bodies.
Ultimately, my goal is to help clients cultivate authenticity, heal attachment wounds, and explore the underlying complexes that shape their inner world. If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
