Hello! I have been supporting children and their families for the past 13 years with social, emotional, and behavioral issues. I base my therapeutic approach on my client’s unique life experiences and individual strengths to help them learn to better understand their lives and the ability they have in responding to struggles in new, healthy ways. I specialize in anxiety, depression, peer relationships, school-related issues, and self-esteem, using cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, solution-oriented, and family systems-based approaches.

Every child has potential for change and growth. The brain has a remarkable capacity to learn, adapt and heal, and that process varies from one individual to the next. I work to build children’s understanding of the link between their thoughts and behavior and help them develop tools for responding to adversity.

My goal is to empower children to feel confident and capable in their ability to cope with the difficulties that come up in life and find their joy. I will support your child and ensure that we identify and clarify specific goals for treatment to design a treatment plan that is as unique as they are!
